* Warganegara Malaysia

* Berumur 21 tahun ke atas

* Pendapatan isi rumah sehingga RM15,000.00

* Pembelian rumah pertama bagi satu isi rumah

* Isi rumah merujuk kepada pasangan suami dan isteri atau bujang sahaja. Pasangan sama ada suami atau isteri yang telah memiliki satu isi rumah adalah TIDAK LAYAK.

Syarat Pembelian Rumah

* Projek Perumahan yang Berlesen

* Harga pembelian rumah sehingga RM500,000.00

* Rumah telah siap atau dalam pembinaan

MyHome – Affordable Home Ownership Scheme By Malaysian Government

MyHome is a scheme by Malaysian government to encourage private sector to build more affordable homes and was announced by the Prime Minister. MyHome scheme offers incentive up to RM30,000 per home unit which benefits home buyers and private home developers. In 2014, the government will allocate RM300 million for the purpose of building 10,000 units of affordable homes around the country.

How To Qualify For MyHome Affordable Housing Scheme?

These are the compulsory criteria to be met.

• You must be a citizen of Malaysia.
• You must be above 18 years old.
• This must be your first home purchase.
• Must fit the monthly household income as per the chart below:

What Kind Of Home Can You Get With MyHome Scheme?

MyHome 1

• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Minimum of 800 square feet

MyHome 2

• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Minimum of 850 square feet
